Can I return or exchange my product?

Yes! You can return or exchange your product within 30 days of receiving it.

How do I return my product?

We will respond to you within 24-48 hours with the return address.
You can return items as long as they are unused. It The better if the packaging is intact!
We will refund or exchange the item as soon as we receive it. Refunds will be
made within 1-2 days of receiving the item.
We will pay refunds via credit card and PayPal. Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to be available.
For all returns and exchanges, please notify us within 30 days of receipt to minimize the possibility of lost packages.

Do I need to pay for shipping when returning items?

Yes, if you want to return an item, you will need to pay for shipping. You can send the item back using the carrier of your choice.
